We want you to be happy with your purchase from Zare Cosmetic Surgery & Zare Wellness. Please review our return and refund policy below.
Returns
Eligible unopened and unused merchandise may be returned within 14 days of delivery or in-store pickup. Items must be in their original packaging, unused, unopened, and in the same condition in which they were received.
To request a return, please contact us at operations@zarecosmeticsurgery.com before returning your item. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of:
- Opened or used skincare products
- Opened supplements, vitamins, or other ingestible products
- Opened or used personal-care or wellness products
- Prescription or compounded products
- Gift cards
- Items marked final sale
- Products that have been damaged after delivery due to improper use, handling, or storage
Certain products may have additional manufacturer-specific return restrictions.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when you receive it. If an item arrives damaged or defective, or you receive the incorrect product, contact us as soon as possible at operations@zarecosmeticsurgery.com. Please include your order number and photographs of the item and packaging when applicable so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by Zare Cosmetic Surgery & Zare Wellness or an eligible damaged or defective item.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return results from an incorrect, damaged, or defective item received from us.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has entered processing or has been shipped.
Medical Services & Programs
This return and refund policy applies only to retail merchandise purchased through our online store. It does not apply to medical or aesthetic services, procedures, appointments, memberships, treatment packages, wellness programs, prescription medications, compounded medications, laboratory services, or other clinical services. Those services are subject to their applicable agreements, consent forms, cancellation policies, and program terms.
